Genus. 06/26/1896 in the town of Smolevichi, Minsk province, in a peasant family. From the age of 14 he worked at sawmills and glass factories, in 1914-1915. locksmith in Grodno. Since 1915 in the army, on the fronts of the world and civil wars, demobilized in 1922. In 1922-1923 Chairman of the village council in Smolevichi, then again a mechanic in Grodno. In 1925-1928 studied at the workers' faculty in Samara. In 1928 enrolled in the 1st year of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute, in 1931. transferred to LEMI. Graduated from the institute in 1932. Engineer at the 8th State. power station (village Nevdubstroy). Arrested 10/01/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor of November 19, 1937 under Article No. 58-9,10,11 to VMN. Shot on November 24, 1937.
