Born in 1899 in the village of Patsevichi, Bakshtanskaya, Oshmyany district, Vilnius province, Belarusian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1932-1937; labor inspector of the regional committee of the Union of Housing Construction Workers. Lived in Leningrad (Griboyedov Canal Embankment, 109, apt. 27). Arrested on October 26, 1937. By the resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor of December 14, 1937, sentenced to capital punishment. Executed on December 20, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on March 10, 1958.
