Genus. 01/27/1903 in the Tver region, in the family of a shoemaker. He graduated from a real school in Mozdok in 1919. Member of the RCP(b). Since 1923 student of the Don Polytechnic Institute DPI, in 1923-1925. Chairman of the City Bureau of the Prolet Court in Novocherkassk. He worked as chairman of the county union of Soviet workers, then secretary of the Komsomol committee and head. organizational department of the ukom of the CPSU (b). In 1927 at the closing of the electrical specialty at the DPI, he was transferred to the electro-mechanical faculty of the LPI. Graduated from the LEMI Institute in 1930. majoring in High Voltage Engineering. Sent to work in the Moscow "Elektrotok". In 1935 The Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks was sent to the Krasnoyarsk Territory as the head of the electrical network of the Dzhebskaya power plant. In 1936 expelled from the CPSU(b) as a Trotskyist. Arrived in Leningrad, where he was arrested on August 27, 1936. Transferred to Minusinsk on 10/18/1936. Charged on 10/26/1936 under Article No. 58-7,10,11. Died in custody 11/11/1936. His case was dismissed on the same day.
