Genus. in 1921 in the village. Vozsiyatskoye, Yelaninsky district, Mykolaiv region, Ukraine. He studied at the 3rd Leningrad Artillery School. Arrested 04/01/1941. Sentenced 05/20/1941 to 8 years in labor camp with a loss of rights for 4 years. He was rehabilitated by the Plenum of the All-Russian Commissariat of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 08/20/1957.
