Born in 1904 in St. Petersburg, Jewish, candidate for membership in the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (1931-1937), higher education. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Industrial Construction Engineers, civil engineer. At the time of his arrest, he was the manager of the design and technical office of Lenorgtekhmetprom. Lived in Leningrad (8/2 Bolshaya Moskovskaya St., Apt. 27). Arrested on July 27, 1937 by the Leningrad Region NKVD on charges of participating in a counterrevolutionary Trotskyist-Zinoviev organization and conducting counterrevolutionary work against the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and Soviet power. Died on July 16, 1938 in the regional hospital for pre-trial prisoners. By a resolution of the Leningrad Region NKVD dated July 31, 1938, the investigation into the case was terminated due to the death of the accused. By the decree of the UKGB under the USSR Council of Ministers for the Leningrad Region dated 11/15/1958, the investigation case against K. M. Mankovsky was terminated on the basis of paragraph 5 of Article 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR (due to the absence of corpus delicti in the actions).
