Genus. 04/01/1907 in Saratov. Higher technical education, mechanical engineer. He worked as the head of the mechanical shop at the Stankolit plant in Moscow. Arrested 03/08/1938. Convicted under Art. 58-6 by the resolution of the OS UNKVD of the Moscow region. dated 09/28/1938 for 8 years in the ITL. Imprisoned in Solikambumstroy (1938-1940), Usollag (1940-1941) and Vorkutlag (1941-1944). Released on 09/09/1944 due to a reduction in the punishment by 1.5 years as an excellent worker in production. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District on September 26, 1955. After his release, he remained to work in Vorkuta until his retirement in 1967. Author of “Memories of Vorkuta.” Lived in Leningrad, member of the Memorial Society. Died in St. Petersburg in May 1997.
