Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, visiting session, 05/22/1938 under Art. 58-1a, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on May 22, 1938. Burial place - Khabarovsk. Rehabilitated on 12/06/1957 by determination of the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces for lack of corpus delicti.
