Born in 1898 in Rostov-on-Don; Jewish; graduated from the law faculty of the Don (Rostov) University in 1921; no name. Writer, member of the SSP, translator, editor of the Detizdat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. Lived in Leningrad, Saperny Lane, Bldg. 14, Apt. 23. Arrested on 28.08.1936 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. Charged under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the resolution of the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR dated 21.03.1937 to 5 years in a correctional labor camp. Died on 20.10.1938 in Sevvostlag. Rehabilitated by the Resolution of the Leningrad City Court dated 14.10.1955.
