Born in 1900; Russian; member of the CPSU(b) since 1917, expelled from the CPSU(b); higher education (VMA). Army commissar of the 2nd rank, army commissar of the 2nd rank (1935), 1921-1927 inspector, head of the organizational department, deputy head of the Black Sea Fleet PU, 1927-1930 member of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Black Sea Fleet, 1931-1933 study at the Naval Academy, 1932-1933 assistant chief V MS of the Red Army for political affairs, 1933 head of the Naval Academy, 1934-1937 member of the Armed Forces - head of the Pacific Fleet PU, member of the Military Council under the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR. He lived in Moscow, in the TsDKA hotel. Arrested 12/02/1937. Sentenced by the VKVS of the USSR on 07/28/1938 on charges of participating in a military K.-r. conspiracy in the Pacific Fleet. Shot on 07/28/1938. Rehabilitated 05/19/1956.
