Born in 1909 in Surazh; graduated from the Flight School in Leningrad. Head of the weather station of the 50th ABR OKDVA, military technician of the 2nd rank. Arrested on 21.08.1937 at the Kuibyshevka station of the Amur Region of the Far Eastern Military District. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Military Collegium on 29.03.1938. Shot on 30.03.1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 30.04.1958.
