Born in 1888 in Riga; Russian; no name. Member of the Collegium of Defenders. Lived in Leningrad, Gogolya St., Bldg. 23, Apt. 19. Arrested on November 5, 1936. Sentenced on August 10, 1937 by a Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR "on suspicion of espionage activities" to 5 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned in Sevvostlag (Kolyma). Sentenced on May 9, 1938 by the Troika of the NKVD for Dalstroi on charges of counterrevolutionary Trotskyist activities to capital punishment. Executed on June 5, 1938. Rehabilitated in 1956.
