Deputy Head of the Special Technical Directorate of the People's Commissariat of Defense Industry. Arrested on September 20, 1937 on charges of so-called “fascist terrorist Latvian organization”, espionage and sabotage. Sentenced on April 27, 1938 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR to VMN. Shot on April 27, 1938 in Moscow. Rehabilitated on May 9 , 1956.
