Born in 1904 in Riga. Russian, non-partisan. He worked as an accountant in the NKPS, in a dental clinic and at the Kartontol plant. In the Red Army he worked as a technician in the construction department of the Leningrad City Executive Committee. Arrested on March 23, 1938. Died on December 22, 1938 in the North-Eastern ITL. Rehabilitated posthumously by decision of the Supreme Court of the USSR Supreme Court dated March 19, 1970.
