Born in 1896 in the village of Myaetaguse, Estland Governorate ; Estonian; no name; defector from Estonia. Worked as a stoker at the timber mill. Lived in the village of Ivanovskoye, Kingiseppsky District, Leningrad Region. Arrested on June 7, 1938, in the Kingiseppsky District, Leningrad Region. Sentenced on October 9, 1938, by the Special Troika of the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD under Articles 58-6, 58-10, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 12.10.1938. Rehabilitated in 1962.
