Puchel Konstantin Yurievich
Born in 1899 in St. Petersburg. In 1914-1917 - a worker at the Putilov factory, in 1917-1918 - a private in the Red Guard, a participant in the civil war. Until 1937 he worked at the "Red Triangle", in 1937-1939 - head of the Spitsbergen radio center, Barentsburg mine, in 1942 - foreman at FZO No. 4. Called up for military service, served at the Leningrad Institute of Communications. Arrested in August 1945. Sentenced on September 27, 1945 by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Leningrad Military District under Art. 58-10, Part 2 to 5 years of imprisonment and 5 years of disqualification. He was held in a correctional labor camp in the city of Kirovsk. Released on 12.08.1952 without the right to reside in Leningrad, lived in Luga until 1956. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District Military Tribunal on 28.04.1956. Returned to Leningrad, worked as an adjuster in the "Krasny Luch" artel. Died in 1981.
