Arrested on June 20, 1937 by the NKVD. Charged under Art. 58-7-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By a resolution of the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces dated December 3, 1937, he was sentenced to military service. Shot in Leningrad on December 3, 1937. Rehabilitated on April 20, 1957 by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces.
