Genus. in 1901 in Gomel (Belarus); Jew; higher education - Mining Institute. In 1935, by a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR, he was exiled to Yakutia for counter-revolutionary activities. Arrested 03/31/1938 UGB NKVD YASSR. Sentenced by a resolution of a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on 07/07/1938 under Part 1 of Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of labor camp. Died in Sevvostlag on January 2, 1940. Rehabilitated on October 11, 1957. Leningrad City Court. 12/31/1957 By decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the YASSR, the case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti.
