Rimkus Vitenis son of Yaroslav
Born in 1930, in Lithuania; Lithuanian; no n. Worked as a tractor driver at the Alzamay timber industry enterprise. Lived in the village of Alzamay, Nizhneudinsk district, Irkutsk region. Arrested on 30.06.1951. Sentenced on 15.09.1951 by the East Siberian Railway Linear Court under Art. 58-10, parts 2 and -11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years' imprisonment. Graduated from the Repin Art Institute in Leningrad in 1966. Associate Professor of the Pedagogical Institute in Šiauliai, Doctor of Art History. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on 27.11.1991.
