Rokhi William Yurievich
Genus. in 1892 in Livland province; Latvian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1917. In 1930-1932, he was a student of the Special Group of the Frunze Military Academy. Head of the Leningrad Infantry School, division commander (1935), in 1937 - commander of the 34th Infantry Division. Lived in the Jewish Autonomous Region, p. Babastovo, DC. Arrested 07/02/1937. Sentenced 04/09/1938 VKVS of the USSR according to Art. 58-1b, 58-11, 58-8, 58-9 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot 04/09/1938. Burial place - Khabarovsk. Rehabilitated on October 31, 1956 by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces for lack of corpus delicti.
