Genus. 10/14/1874 in Alapaevsk (Sverdlovsk region); Russian, primary education. From the age of 13 he worked at the Alapaevsk plant. He was engaged in underground work in social services. mugs. In February-July 1903 - imprisoned in the Kamyshlovskaya prison for participation in the pogrom at the Tyagunsky mine. In April 1907-1910. was in exile. In August 1914, he was hired at the Alapaevsky plant as a mechanic. On March 12, 1917, he was a member of the Alapaevsk Council of Workers' Deputies, joined the RSDLP (b). Since 1918 - deputy. Chairman and Commissioner of Justice of the Alapaevsk Council of Workers' and Peasants' Commissars. He was one of the organizers of the execution of members of the Romanov dynasty (07/17/18/1918). After Alapaevsk passed to the White Guards, he was arrested and sent to Yekaterinburg prison. Released in July 1919 during the Bolshevik offensive. He worked in Nizhny Tagil in party positions. Belonged to the Trotskyist faction. 08/10/1934 arrested and sent to Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg). Sentenced to 3 years in labor camp. Conveyed to Karaganda, then to Vladivostok, from where transferred to the station. Kamyshet of the East Siberian railway. On 12/29/1937 he was released from Mariinlag, from where he left in an unknown direction. The date of death and place of burial have not been established. Rehabilitated on February 20, 1958, reinstated in the party in 1965.
