Born on December 9, 1909 in Yalovka, Volkov district, Grodno province, in the family of an employee. Until 1925 a schoolboy, then in public work. In 1927-1931 - a laborer in a shoe factory. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks). He completed courses in Minsk to prepare for university and in 1931 was sent by the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Belarus to study at the LMSI (Leningrad Machine-Building Institute). In 1936 he graduated from the mechanical department of the LII, specializing in footwear. Then a mechanical engineer at the Skorokhod shoe factory in Leningrad. Arrested on October 24, 1938. Sentenced to capital punishment by the decree of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor on January 12, 1938 under Article 58-6.9. He was shot on 21.01.1938. The engineering diploma issued in his name at the Flight Research Institute remained unclaimed.
