Head of the 2nd Main Directorate of the People's Commissariat of Defense Industry of the USSR. Lived in Leningrad, embankment. R. Karpovka, 1 3, apt. 64. Arrested 05/08/1937 UNKVD LO. Charged under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. At a closed court hearing of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 26, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 22, 1956.
