Surov Pavel Nikolaevich

Genus. in 1903 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from 1915 he worked as an assistant projectionist; incomplete higher technical education; in 1920–1933 member of the CPSU (b); worked as the head of a district political school, a regional Soviet party school, and the House of Communist Education under the city party committee; in 1925–1926 - executive secretary of the Vasileostrovsky district committee of the Komsomol, then - head of the raw materials department of the workers' union in Velikiye Luki. In 1927 he was expelled from the party for “factional work”; in 1929 he was reinstated in the CPSU (b). He was arrested in 1928. In 1933 he lived in Leningrad, expelled from the institute from the 4th year “for failure to attend classes”, on 04/15/1933 he was again expelled from the party “for double-dealing and as having returned to the party for the purpose of conducting a revolutionary revolution.” Trotskyist work"; arrested 02/04/1933; sentenced by the OS under the OGPU on April 27, 1933 under Art. 58-11 to 3 years of exile in Kazakhstan. In 1935 – in exile in Semipalatinsk, engineer-economist at the Elektroapparat plant; arrested again 01/06/1935; sentenced by OS NKVD USSR 08/09/1935 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years of correctional labor camp. 03/18/1937 sentenced by the branch of the Far Eastern Regional Court under Art. 58-10, 11 to 10 years in prison. In October 1937 - prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 10/11/1937 to VMN; executed on November 4, 1937 in Magadan. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan Region on October 23, 1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on 03/01/1957.
