Teryaev Ivan Ilyich
Engineer
Born in 1900 in Livny, Oryol Region; Russian. Engineer, technical director of the Artem Uritsky Turbine and Weighing Plant, Oryol Region; before his arrest, technical director of the Vazhinsky Sleeper-Cutting Plant. Lived in the village of Podporozhye, Leningrad Region. Arrested on 25 January 1937. Sentenced on 14 November 1940 by the Oryol Regional Court under Article 58-10, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a labor camp with disqualification for 2 years . Died on 24 December 1941 in Sevvostlag, Magadan Region. Buried in the cemetery of the camp point in the village of Komsomolets, Susuman District, Magadan Region. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on August 29, 1962 and by the Oryol Region Prosecutor’s Office on November 23, 1993.
