Born in 1992; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks); higher education, lawyer. During the civil war, he was a commissar of the TAON battery (special purpose heavy artillery). Later he worked in the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, in Yenukidze’s office. He was arrested in 1937 or 1938 and executed.
