Born in 1899 in St. Petersburg; higher education - graduated from the Tolmachev Military-Political Academy; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1919. Regimental commissar, head of the political department of the 101st air brigade of the Transbaikal Military District. Arrested on 04.06.1937. Imprisoned in Chita. Sentenced on 02.10.1938 by the Military Commission of the USSR Armed Forces to capital punishment. Shot on 02.10.1938 in Chita. Rehabilitated on 13.06.1956.
