Convicted by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court on 02/05/1938 to military service with confiscation of property on charges of participation in a counter-revolutionary military-Trotskyist organization in parts of the Orenburg garrison. At the trial he pleaded not guilty. Shot on 02/05/1938 in Orenburg. Rehabilitated on October 31, 1957 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
