Born in 1906 in Dvinsk, Vitebsk province; Polish; no name. Worked as a foreman in the 17th department of Ordzhonikidze Plant No. 189. Lived at the address: Leningrad, Khersonskaya St., bldg. 1/7, apt. 8. Arrested on 12/05/1937. Sentenced 10.01.1938 By the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR under Art. 58-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 15.01.1938. Rehabilitated by the military tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on 19.05.1967.
09.27.2015 at house No. 1/7 on Khersonskaya street In St. Petersburg, in memory of I.N. Frolovich, a personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
