Born in 1887. Until 1929 he worked on the CER, then in the locomotive depot at Korosten station of the Southwestern Railway, as a train driver instructor. Arrested on 25.06.1937. Convicted by the decision of the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District of 10.01.1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District on 06.06.1958.
