Genus. in 1887 in Tsarskoye Selo; Russian; worked as the head of the Research Department of the Sevgosrybtrest. He lived in the city of Murmansk (address in Leningrad: V.O., 1st line, 34, apt. 23). Arrested 10/23/1930. Sentenced by an exit session of the Colleagues of the OGPU on 04/13/1931 under Art. 58-7 of the Criminal Code for 5 years of labor camp. He served his sentence in the Solovetsky camp. In 1932 he fled with his wife and son from Kandalaksha to Finland. Author of the memoirs "Notes of a Pest" (1933, published in Russia in 1999). He died in 1949 in London. Rehabilitated on 10/11/1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Murmansk Region.
