Genus. in 1897 in the city of Chernobyl, Kyiv province; Jew; unfinished higher education. Lived in Smolensk, worked in the trust "Zapsplavles". Arrested on 04/04/1933, convicted on 09/22/1933. Collegium of the OGPU for the Smolensk region. for 5 years ITL under Art. 58-7. He was imprisoned in the Southern Department of Bamlag, at the station. Erofey Pavlovich. In May 1936 released ahead of schedule, remained to work as a civilian economist in the GULAG NKVD system in railway construction. He worked in Bamlag, Sevzheldorlag, in the Saratov camp, the Volga camp (construction No. 108 of the NKVD), in the Taishet camp, in the Ural camp. Recently, in the Sakhalinspetsstroy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at the construction of the "VT" MNP of the USSR. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District on December 10, 1956. Died 12/30/1957
