Genus. in 1896 (1898) in the village. Zaluzhye of the Lepel district of the Western region. Police major, worked in the 1st police department of Leningrad. Arrested in December 1937. Convicted on 12/14/1937 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District under Art. 58-6. He died in the camp after 3 years. Posthumously rehabilitated on 08/17/1965.
