Genus. 09/05/1893 in the village of Konsevo, Tver province. 2nd Secretary of the Leningrad Regional Party Committee (1928-1936), Chairman of the All-Union Council of Industrial Cooperation. Arrested on June 28, 1937, on charges of “being a member of an anti-Soviet right-wing organization since 1929.” Sentenced by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on October 29, 1937 to VMN. Shot in Moscow on October 30, 1937, cremated in the Moscow Donskoye Cemetery crematorium. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on March 17, 1956.
