Shevelev Anatoly Ivanovich
Genus. 04/09/1929 at the farm. Borodino, Rzhev district. Staritsky district of the Western region. The family fled from dispossession in the village of Martyshkino, Leningrad region. From Martyshkino in 1931 or 1932 the family was exiled to the Sinyavinsky peat mining, they lived in special settlement No. 8. Released in 1941 due to the war. Lived in Leningrad, member of the Memorial Society since 1993, worked in the historical and archival commission. Scientific secretary of the public organization "Russian Scientific and Technical Society of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Communications named after A.S. Popov", author of works about B.L. Rosing. Author of the memoirs "People in the swamps. Touches of pre-war childhood." Died in St. Petersburg in 2001.
