Born in 1896 in Irkutsk, Jewish, incomplete higher education, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1919-1936. Senior economist in the planning and production department of the Kirov Plant. Lived in Leningrad (2 Dzerzhinsky St., Apt. 31). Arrested on 25 January 1937. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 25 August 1937 under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Executed on 25 August 1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 21 April 1956.
