Born in 1900 in Dvinsk; deaf-mute; semi-literate; no n. An employee of the Skorokhod factory, at the time of his arrest he was working as a heel maker at the Proletarskaya Pobeda factory No. 2. Lived in Leningrad, Nakhimov Ave., 13/9, apt. 8. Arrested on 14 October 1937 in connection with the case of the Leningrad Society of the Deaf-Mute. Sentenced on 19 December 1937 to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. The case was reviewed by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region on 02 October 1939, the decision of 19 December 1937 was overturned, he was released and rehabilitated. He died on 28 December 1941 in Leningrad from malnutrition. He was buried in a mass grave at the Volkovskoye Cemetery.
