Born in 1913 in the village of Spartak (Ovidiopol district, Odessa region). Teacher of history and literature. Worked as the director of a secondary school in the village of Spartak. Arrested on July 4, 1938. By decision of the Troika of the NKVD for the Odessa region, sentenced to capital punishment under Articles 54-1 "a" and 54-11 (participation in a counter-revolutionary fascist organization). Shot in Odessa on November 20, 1938. Burial place unknown. Rehabilitated in 1958.
