Genus. in 1910 in St. Petersburg; Armenian; secondary education, graduated from the 1st year of the Leningrad Mechanical Engineering Institute; in 1932–1937 member of the CPSU (b). In 1937 he lived in Leningrad, Leningrad, st. Voinova, 30, apt. 2. Cadet of advanced training courses for technical personnel of the Red Army Air Force named after. Voroshilov. Arrested on June 21, 1937, accused of carrying out active counter-revolutionary activities among military personnel aimed at discrediting the leaders of the party and the Soviet government, having connections with active Trotskyists, i.e., etc., etc. Art. 58-10, 11. Sentenced to the 7th Mechanized Corps on September 26, 1937 under Art. 58 part 1 to 4 years of imprisonment and 2 years of loss of rights (acquitted under Article 58-11). By decision of the Supreme Court of the LVO on November 29, 1937, the verdict was canceled and the case was transferred for a new trial; sentenced to VT 7 mechanized corps on 12/14/1937 under Art. 58-10 part 1 to 8 years in prison and disqualification for 5 years. In prison, he worked as a designer at OKB-172 (Leningrad Prison “Crosses”). Released on September 26, 1946. From 1946 until his retirement, he worked as a group leader and deputy chief designer of OKB-17; from August 1956 to January 1958 he was deputy head of a department at the design bureau, postbox 706, from January 1958 to February 1961, he was the head of a department at the OKB, postbox 691, from February 1961 to December 1966, he was the head of a department at TsKB-34 (Design Bureau of Special mechanical engineering). Retired in 1968–1971, and Chief Designer of KBSM in 1971–1978. Since May 11, 1984, he has been retired again. Rehabilitated by sentence dated December 14, 1837 VT LVO October 29, 1954.
