Genus. in 1910 in Harbin (Manchuria). In 1933 he graduated from Harbin Polytechnic Institute. In 1934 he left for the USSR. He worked as a design engineer at the Moscow Research Institute of Engineering Technology of the Red Army. Arrested in Moscow on October 27, 1937 on charges 58-1-a and 58-2. Sentenced by a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on June 10, 1938 as an ESR to 5 years in a labor camp. During his imprisonment he worked as an engineer on the construction of the North Pechersk Railway. Released on October 27, 1942, he was left to work on the construction site of Sevzheldorstroy as a freelancer. He worked as an engineer at the Kotlas Bridge Plant. Returned to Leningrad in 1946. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District on November 11, 1957. He worked since 1954 at the Giprostanok design institute as a group leader, chief project engineer, and since 1963 as the chief engineer of the Leningrad branch of the Giprostanok institute. Died 04/14/1971.
