Born in 1888 in Tula; Russian; higher education; no p. Head of the destroyer construction bureau at the Zhdanov plant. Arrested on 04.02.1937 in Leningrad. Sentenced on 08.05.1937 by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 9, 11 to capital punishment . Executed on 09.05.1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 31.01.1958.
