Genus. in 1904 in the Berezovsky society (collective farm "Bezbozhnik"), Novgorod district of the Leningrad region; Latvian; expelled from the CPSU(b) in 1935. Head of the cable and restoration department of the 2nd communications regiment of the Leningrad Military District. Arrested 11/05/1937. Sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on December 30, 1937 under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on January 5, 1938. Burial place - Leningrad.
