Emme Victor Evgenievich
Naval officer, engineer
Born in 1899 in the village of Dobroe, Nogorodsky district and province. Commander of the destroyer Izyaslav, engineer-miner. Member of the mine section of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the Baltic Fleet. Arrested on 19.01.1931, sentenced to 10 years in a concentration camp, released early. Lived in Leningrad (ul. V. Slutskoy, bldg. 16, apt. 11 since 03.02. 1934). Member of the Commission of Marine Mine Experiments of the Research Institute of the Red Army Navy. Rearrested on 05.02. 1938. By the resolution of the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR dated 19.06.1938, sentenced under Art. Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 08.07.1938. Rehabilitated on 05.06.1957.
