Genus. 02/18/1896 in the town of Antopol (according to other sources - in the city of Slonim) Kobrin district, Grodno province; Russian; non-partisan. Lived in Leningrad, worked as a State engineer. Union Institute for Design of Mining Industry Enterprises (Giproruda Trust). In 1930 he went on a business trip to Germany, where he got married in Berlin (March 1930). Arrested 12/09/1937. The Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office sentenced on January 17, 1938 to VMN under Art. Art. 58-6-10 Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Shot on January 29, 1938. Burial place - Leningrad. Rehabilitated on 07/11/1957 by the USSR Air Force.
