Genus. 09/19/1908 in the village. Tsibulevka, Bratslav district, Vinnytsia region; Russian; secondary education - graduated from a maritime technical school; b/p. Lived in Vladivostok. In 1935, he was convicted by the Military Tribunal of the Pacific Basin under Art. 59-3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (banditry) for 5 years in prison. He was in prison - a prisoner of the NKVD Sevvostlag. Arrested on July 8, 1937, accused of spying for Japan. Sentenced on March 10, 1938 by the Troika under the NKVD for the DVK to VMN. Executed on May 12, 1938 in Vladivostok. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Primorsky Territory on December 28, 1989 on the basis of the Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
