Genus. 04/07/1894 in Odessa; Graduated from the Financial and Economic Institute. In the 1930s moved to Leningrad. Ch worked. accountant in the "Book" house (opposite the Kazan Cathedral). Since January 1938 - in the regional center of Bolsherechye, Omsk region. Arrested on July 5, 1938, charged with Art. 58-6 clause 10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the NKVD troika for the Leningrad region dated November 2, 1938, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 6, 1938 in Leningrad. On August 31, 1989, he was rehabilitated on the basis of the Decree of the President of the USSR Armed Forces of January 16, 1989.
