Genus. in 1905 in the village of Krivchi, Kobrin district, Grodno province (at that time the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth) in the family of a miller; Jew. Until 1924 - a rural worker, then worked as a salesman in Kyiv, as a laborer at a brick factory, from 1929 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a milling machine operator at Krasny Putilovets; member of the CPSU(b). He graduated from the “professional thousandth” course, a student at the Leningrad Industrial Institute (LPMI) (engineering and physics department of the Leningrad Industrial Institute). In 1936 he lived in the village. Verkhnyaya Salda, Nizhnesaldinsky district, Sverdlovsk region; worked as head of the personnel training department at the Uralstalmost enterprise; arrested 07/19/1936; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on October 13, 1936 to 5 years in prison. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 05/05/1938 to VMN; executed on June 5 (according to other sources, executed on May 5–10, 1938) in Magadan. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on September 2, 1968.
