Born in 1900 in St. Petersburg, in the family of a port employee. In 1920-1923 he was a student of the mechanical department of the Technological Institute. In 1928 he resumed his studies and in the summer of 1930 he was transferred to the LMSI (Leningrad Machine-Building Institute), where he graduated in 1931 as an external student in the specialty "Cars and Tractors". Engineer at the Bolshevik plant. Lived in Leningrad, 3 July Street, bldg. 47, apt. 13. Arrested on 18 January 1937. Sentenced on 4 May 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, visiting session in Leningrad, under Art. 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. He was executed on 5 May 1937.
