Letter from the USSR KGB for the Leningrad Region No. 10/16-P-37289 dated 06/29/1990. in the name of Arifullina S.K. about the arrest in Leningrad of her uncle Bagautdinov G.B. 07/02/1936 on charges of "participation in a counter-revolutionary nationalist espionage and sabotage organization created in Leningrad by foreign intelligence", about the verdict on February 15-21, 1937. of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District to 10 years in prison, on his release on 07/06/1946, on exile to a settlement from the Gorky region to the Krasnoyarsk Territory by order of the Special Meeting at the Ministry of State Security dated 11/02/1949, on transfer to the Tyukhtetsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in February 1950, on death at the stage of 03/03/1950, and on rehabilitation Determination No. 00391-r of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated 01.10.1957. Arrested 07/02/1936 on charges of “participation in a counter-revolutionary nationalist espionage and sabotage organization created in Leningrad by foreign intelligence.” Convicted under Art. 19-58-9, 58-10, part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR by the verdict of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District dated February 15-21, 1937. by 10 years of ITL. After liberation on June 6, 1946. lived in the Gorky region, from where he was exiled to settle in the Krasnoyarsk Territory by resolution of the Special Meeting of the MGB dated November 2, 1949.Conveyed to the Tyukhtetsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in February 1950, where he died on 03/03/1950. in the village of Lazarevo. Rehabilitated by ruling No. 00391-r of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated October 1, 1957.
