Genus. in 1881 in St. Petersburg; b/p; He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Paris in 1901, from the Pavlovsk School in Petrograd in 1903, and from the Higher School of Political Sciences in Paris in 1907. Worked Art. engineer in the laboratory named after. Kulakova. Lived in Leningrad, st. Glinki, 15/37, apt. 3. Arrested on March 18, 1935 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on March 23, 1935 as a socially dangerous element to exile for 5 years in the city of Atbasar, Karaganda region. Rehabilitated in this case by a resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated December 7, 1956. Arrested in exile on 02/11/1938 on suspicion of espionage. Sentenced by the NKVD troika in the Alma-Ata region on November 16, 1938 to VMN. Shot on November 27, 1938. Rehabilitated on the basis of Art. I Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Armed Forces dated January 16, 1989.
