Benois Franz Yulievich
Member of the Labor Peasant Party
Born in 1897 in St. Petersburg; Russian, b/p; higher education. Before his arrest, he worked as an agronomist and livestock specialist at the Proletarsky Trud state farm. Lived in the village. Uritskoye Prigorodny district of Leningrad. Arrested on March 12, 1931 by the OGPU PP in Leningrad. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated September 17, 1931, he was sentenced under Art. 58-4, 58-7 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a member of the “Labor Peasant Party” to 3 years of exile in the East Siberian Territory. In exile - in Irkutsk, he lived at the address: at l. Timiryazeva, 22, apt. 6 . He worked in the Regional Administration, taught at the Agricultural Institute. Arrested again on April 19, 1937. On December 28, 1937, the Irkutsk Regional Court sentenced under Art. Art. 58-10-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Irkutsk on January 16, 1938. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated June 17, 1955 in the 1937 case, and by the resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated February 28, 1961 in the 1931 case.
